Deep Inhale… And Exhale

Hello,

There is something I love about the feeling of early fall.
It’s unnameable, just a feeling in my bones.

Coming into this Equinox and full moon, I have been tending to that feeling, tending to the edges of heartbreak wrapped with deep breaths, long sips of joy at the utter of life, and eagerness for the stillness of winter.

It is a precious time.

I’m noticing the shortening of the daylight, savoring every moment of sun on my skin and bare feet on the earth.
This is one of the reasons I moved back to my homeland of Northern Michigan. Sunny California will forever have my heart, but I missed the slowing down of fall and winter that I grew up with.
Wherever you live – what do you notice right now in the natural world, remembering that you are a part of nature?
→ Are you feeling balanced?
→ Are you ready for a break?
→ What is your body asking you for?

I welcome you to tend to your most tender parts during this Equinox. Perhaps take some time for a ritual, dropping into sacred space, and celebration of your wild and beautiful life.
I will be in circle with local women, savoring the medicine of cacao and singing bowls. Yummm!

Joy and blessings,
Aria Mae
